How do I determine the correct size for me?

You can view the sizing details in the more information space in the listing for a product. This displays the size chart for the product and helps you decide which size fits you best. You can always get in touch with us regarding assistance in sizing.

What can I do if the product is not available in my size?

If a product is not available in your size, you can choose to be notified when it comes back in stock. To create a notification, please go to the product details page, copy the product code, and email us at support@mysticwardrobe.com. We'll send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock. Please note that sometimes we may not be able to procure the item in your size. In such cases you will not receive a notification from us.

How can I find out if Mystic Wardrobe delivers to my PIN Code?

You can find out if MysticWardrobe.com delivers to your PIN Code during checkout while choosing the payment method. Please enter your PIN code into the tool and choose your mode of payment to get this information. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

Time taken for the product to reach you is usually between 3-10 days depending upon the product and availability.  Best sellers and sale items are usually in high demand and might take upto 15 days.

How are orders delivered to me?

All orders placed on Mystic Wardrobe are dispatched through courier partners such as FedEx, Delhivery etc. We will use Speed Post to deliver if the pincode does not fall under serviceable areas by these partners.

Do you deliver products outside India?

No. At this point. We deliver products only within India.

PAYMENTS

How can I pay for my order?

 We support the following payment options 

  • Cash On Delivery (available in select pincodes)

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • Net banking

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery. We  offer a Cash on Delivery option for all orders between Rs. 299 and Rs. 10000 for most delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page.

Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

 If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Your order value may be below Rs. 299 or over Rs. 10000.

  2. Our courier partners may not support a Cash on Delivery option to your delivery address.

  3. You may have placed another order using the COD option which is pending delivery. If the amount of this order when added to your current order exceeds Rs. 10000, then the COD option will be disabled.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery(COD) payment option on the payment page to place your order.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 3-4 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND RETURN

How do I cancel my order?

If unfortunately you have to modify/cancel an order, please do so within 24 to avoid hours of placing the order.

If you wish to cancel your order after your product has been shipped, please contact us at +91-9167057354 or email on support@mysticwardrobe.com to inform about the cancellation.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have shipped it, by contacting our customer support team on at +91-9167057354 or email on support@mysticwardrobe.com with your order ID.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund within 72 hours if the product has not been shipped. In case the product was shipped, your refund will be issued once we receive the product back in the warehouse.

How do I return a product ?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please fill the form below. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

In case of below mentioned conditions, the product will not be eligible for return or replacement.

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

• Any product purchased in Flash Sale/Clearance Sale

Please retain the shipping document and email us with the tracking number of the package.

We will send you a confirmation email as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and process refund/replacement.​

Does Mystic Wardobe pick up the product I want to return from my location?

We offer return pickups for majority of the orders. In areas where we have used speed post to deliver the products, our courier partners' services may not be available. In this case you will have to send the unused products back to us.
